  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Due to high demand of orders please allow up to 3 weeks (excluding weekends Saturday and Sunday) for ALL order to ship. This approximation DOES NOT include shipping time. To receive your order faster you may check our availability to accept a rush order to be shipped and delivered by the date of your event. The Rush order fee is an additional $45.00 per item (any additional items are $20.00 each) to be skipped ahead of existing orders and the customer. It is recommended to order 4-5 weeks prior to the date needed.

    We ship your order via USPS or FedEx (for and extra $20), and you will receive tracking info via Paypal from us when your order has been shipped. FaisonCreations is not responsible for ANY lost or stolen packages.

  • Will I get exact design that is showing in the product image?

    For jewelry orders. You will receive exactly what is shown. For custom jewelry orders there maybe a variation.

    For custom shoe order and clothing orders your item will match 75% of the product image shown. No order is exactly the same as pictured as these items are all handmade and customized by request!!!

    In case of limitation on patches, jewelries, and accessories of the original design used, we will replace with similar ones. The entire theme, coloring, and style will not change.

    May I make a special change to the design?

    YES! Special changes are welcome. If you would like to make any changes to your order please email details of what you're envisioning. We will do our best to fulfill your requests.
